Closer to the day, we’ll jump on a call to run through the final details — ceremony flow, reception vibe, timings, and any last-minute magic moments you’re planning.
This meeting calms nerves and gets everyone excited.

This is it! I’ll be on site 90 minutes before your ceremony to set up sound, check timings, meet your guests, and be the familiar, reassuring face they already feel like they know.
