In steps Uncle Jay (me) my role as your MCeee starts way before your big day. Planning your reception may sound simple. But it is the little details from timing, making it yours and keeping those speeches to a time limit, whats happening in the 2 hours between, cutting the cake when, oh a first dance.
Above all of that I give you someone who walks in and keeps everything on track, that person who makes sure everyone is being looked after and the two of you just enjoy the magic that is a new marriage.
I work with you and the venue and suppliers to create the perfect time line, from there you & I will run through the entire event to make sure nothing is forgotten from the welcome and introduction through to the cake cutting and first dance.
During our discussions I will raise elements you may not have thought of so you have options. Depending on what you would like your event to look like. We can keep it to a traditional time line or I’m never opposed to changing it up.
We run through everything from your entrance to your exit and those little moments of magic in between.
Once I have collected as much information as possible I “create” a full time line, the next bit is up to you, we can review it or it can be a surprise, you will know the key time line elements or we can review and tweak the final copy. From there its all over to me.
